These Terms govern your use of betweenchecks.com and the digital products sold under the Between Checks name (including Between Checks Planner, its add-ons, Between Checks Household Pro and Between Checks Lite) (the "Products"). The Products are provided by BRFY Tecnologias ("we", "us"). By buying or using a Product you agree to these Terms.
Products are sold and payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the reseller and payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. After payment is confirmed you receive access to download the files.
When you buy a Product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, upload or publish the files or any part of them, or offer them as your own template. The Products are organizational tools (spreadsheet templates and printables). They do not provide financial, investment, tax, credit or legal advice. Calculations depend entirely on the information you enter. You are responsible for your own decisions; consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
We make no promise of any specific financial outcome. Examples, screenshots and sample data are illustrative only.
Spreadsheets require Microsoft Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365, or Google Sheets. Features may behave differently in other software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
